oh Baita Dei Pini, where to begin? the staff had an interesting talent for speaking less than a mime, and waiting over an hour for dinner really is a new definition of luxury, isn’t it? I certainly expected better treatment for my seven-night stay. and don't even get me started on the noisy street. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The Cevedale Suite was absolutely stunning with incredible views, and we really appreciated the underground parking despite its tight spaces. After a long day, we loved relaxing at the spa and enjoying a massage that was just what we needed. The only downside was the shower setup, which could use a bit of improvement, but it didn't take away from our experience at all! 🌟

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a high standard with a variety of options each day. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond, allowing me to use the showers in the spa after a day of work.
